Cancellation Policy
Please read all policies before booking!
All guests have a 10 minute grace period. After the grace period, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Please allow a 48 hour notice before your appointment if you need to cancel/reschedule. Any cancelations within the 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Any no shows will not be able to book again.
